The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@dayward.ai. We respond within two business days, usually faster.
Before you write
A few things that often resolve issues immediately:
- Make sure you’re on the latest version from the App Store. We ship fixes regularly.
- Restart the app after granting calendar or notification permissions for the first time.
- Subscriptions, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple. Manage your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com.
What to include in your email
- The email address linked to your Dayward account.
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- The Dayward version (Settings > About).
- A short description of what happened, and a screenshot or screen recording if you have one.
Privacy and data requests
To request an export of your data or a full account deletion, email support@dayward.aifrom the address linked to your account. We’ll process the request within 30 days. Account deletion is also available in-app under Settings > Delete Account.
Feature requests
We genuinely love hearing what you wish Dayward did. Send your idea to the same address — short notes are welcome.
